About Leslie S. Call

Leslie's career in massage therapy started in 2006 when she was working in Fairbanks, Alaska as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. In 2009 her family of four moved to the Watertown area when her husband was stationed at US Army Fort Drum.

With two young children, Leslie took a break from her career to focus on her family. Now that her kids are older and her husband is retired from the Army, she has decided it is time to return to her passion, helping veterans and local community members improve their wellbeings through massage therapy.

Leslie graduated from the 1000 hour program at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in June 2021. During her education, she became particularly drawn to Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. This led to her continued education in both Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique and ACE Massage Cupping. She is also intrigued by Myofascial Release and Cranial Sacral  Therapy, as well as Graston Therapy.

With a passion for helping people, Leslie is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and recovery of addiction and codependency. She believes that we are all in the process of growing and healing and natural therapies such as those offered at Treating the Root and beneficial for healing.
